Receptionist Position Available

O'Donnell Lee is seeking a full-time or part-time receptionist to staff the front desk and phones of a busy Waterville law firm.  Duties will include at least greeting clients, answering phones, and directing calls.  Additional duties, pay rate, and full-time vs. part-time status are dependent on experience. If part-time, the position will be an afternoon shift.

Applicants must have a professional appearance, a positive demeanor, an outgoing personality, grace under pressure, a sense of humor, excellent verbal and writing skills, typing skills, and technology skills (i.e. computer, internet, email, copiers, telephones, firm management software, scanning).  Experience in a legal environment or other professional customer service setting is preferred.

Salary DOE; paid vacation, sick leave, and retirement plan.  Successful applicants must submit to a criminal background check.  O'Donnell Lee is a smoke-free workplace.
