Our staff is the backbone of O'Donnell Lee, ably assisting our attorneys in all they do. Our clients come to know the staff well because of their friendliness and genuine concern for our clients' affairs. Serving variously as receptionists, secretaries, paralegals, notaries, and confidants for our clients, they are always available to help.
After seven years in banking as a teller and loan processor, and another eight years as legal secretary in a small law firm, Lisa brought her strong work ethic, positive attitude, speed and efficiency to O'Donnell Lee in early 2013. Here she is our pivotal real estate processor, handling all the communications and document preparation to make closings happen quickly and pleasantly. Valued for her expertise and friendliness, she works closely with Tom McCowan.
Lisa lives in Madison with her husband and son, whom she loves to watch play hockey. She also has an adult son and two adult daughters. Lisa also loves to camp in the Maine outdoors.
Stephanie graduated from KVTC's legal secretarial program in 1989 and has worked with Tim O'Donnell ever since. Her diligence and experience are of great assistance to the many business and corporate clients of the office. Stephanie's skills are dedicated to estate planning, probate, and business/corporate administration.
Steph resides in Winslow with her husband, Bernie, and daughter. She loves spending time with her family at their lakeside camp.
Deb supports the real estate department as the lead file opener, deed drafter, and general troubleshooter. She works half the year in the office in Maine and half the year remotely from Florida. Her patience, attention to detail, and persistence are applied to resolving the many follow-up matters and special projects that emerge from real estate practice.
Born in Skowhegan, and raised in Madison, Deb lives in Anson with her husband, Roland, and they have one adult daughter. Deb enjoys vacationing in the West.
Mary started her career in the banking industry in 1987 as a teller and worked her way up to Branch Manager. Enjoying the lending experience, she made a jump into a legal career in the late 1990's and has worked in small, local law firms for the past twenty years.
Mary came to O'Donnell Lee in 2016 as a real estate paralegal and processor. Her proficiency in the field ensures all parties a fast, efficient and quality closing experience. Mary is known for keeping her composure under pressure, while having a fun, energetic attitude and willingness to help others at all times.
Mary lives in Vassalboro with her husband Chuck. She has one son, a daughter-in-law and two grandchildren she adores. Mary loves spending time with her family and friends at her camp in the summer time or on the ski slopes in the winter months.
Harmony is our friendly and meticulous morning receptionist. She processes all manner of incoming contacts, from phones to faxes, emails and in-person visits. Typically the first friendly face or voice you'll encounter, Harmony has been with us since 2012. She is valued by our clients and her colleagues for her positive attitude and efficient handling of inquiries and problems.
Harmony lives in Anson with her husband and two children. Her "secret superpower" is that she is an accomplished puppeteer.
Karen joined our real estate team in October, 2017 as part of our merger with Butler Whittier, LLC. She has been working in Maine as a real estate closing processor for over 16 years. Karen graduated from Indian River Community College in Florida with an Associate in Science Degree in Legal Assisting, summa cum laude, and became a Paralegal in 1993. She has worked as a legal assistant/paralegal for over thirty years and has experience in several areas of law including civil litigation, estate planning and real estate.
Karen currently resides in Sidney with her husband and son. She loves to spend time with her family and explore the Maine coastline looking for the perfect ocean view. Some of her favorite getaways include Bar Harbor, Kennebunkport and Camden. Karen is also a huge animal lover and is always on the lookout for Maine wildlife while exploring the local nature trails.
Anne received her Associates Degree in Legal Technology and Paralegal Studies from the University of Maine, Bangor, in 2007, and worked with a Portland law firm for 5 years. Particularly experienced in the fields of corporate law, business transactions, probate and real estate law, she joined O'Donnell Lee in 2012 and supports Mike Phillips and Tim O'Donnell in these same areas of practice.
Anne is excited to be working back in Waterville where she grew up. She enjoys being a new mother and, if she ever has time again, camping, hiking, fishing and snowshoeing with her husband in Maine's wide outdoors.
With an Associates Degree in Legal Secretarial Science, Trish worked since 1989 in Augusta area law firms, the District Attorney's office, and the Administrative Office of the Courts before joining O'Donnell Lee in 2013. She employs her versatile administrative skills in supporting the litigation, estate planning, and probate practices of both Bill Lee and Bryan Ward.
Trish is a Waterville native, and currently lives in Winslow with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids play sports, camping, boating, baking, and crafting. Trish also keeps the attorneys in line, as she is an accomplished martial artist. She has studied karate, judo and ju-jitsu for more than 35 years and currently holds a rank of fifth degree black belt.
Amy started with O'Donnell Lee in August 2018. She primarily supports Mariah Gleaton, but also assists Bill Lee and Bryan Ward. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and has over 30 years experience as a legal assistant and paralegal.

Melody joined our real estate team in October, 2017 as part of our merger with Butler Whittier, LLC. She has been working as a real estate closing processor for over 14 years. After taking some time off to be with her son, Melody went back to work for Butler Whittier, LLC as a real estate closing processor. Here, she is handling all the communications and document preparation to make closings happen quickly and pleasantly. Valued for her friendliness and efficiency, she works closely with Samantha Conway and Tom McCowan.
Melody lives in Vassalboro with her fiancé and son. She also has three adult step-children. She loves spending time with all of her family, watching her son in karate, boating, and exploring Maine's beaches.
